Bee Educational Experiences and Consultancy 

Hello and welcome to our website! We are a small group of low-intervention, natural beekeepers who feel incredibly fortunate to spend time with honeybees in their natural rhythm. Our passion is sharing this experience with others, offering people of all ages the chance to slow down, connect with nature, and discover the quiet magic of the hive.

We are passionate about all types of bees — solitary bees, bumble bees, and honeybees — and we believe every species deserves protection. Our work seeks to help establish safe forage and much-needed habitat, supporting bees to thrive in healthy, diverse landscapes.

Honeybees aren’t just calming to be around; they’re vital pollinators and essential to healthy ecosystems. We especially love the relationship between honeybees and people — once this connection is made, it becomes a powerful and accessible way for children and adults alike to understand the wider world of bees and the different needs of all species.

Alongside our beekeeping work, we also run wellbeing sessions with bees through our Community Interest Company, Nature Buzz.org.uk and we are the founders of the community group Bee Friendly Bridport, through which we have installed a solitary bee hotel trail across the town, helping to raise awareness of solitary bees and their vital role in the ecosystem.

day workshops, 2-day courses, a 5-night Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Residential,

land management consultations and Log hive workshop.
